For the 2nd time, the Tracking and Evaluation Core (TEC) conducted the annual “User Experience and Satisfaction Assessment” to explore experiences with the Alliance resources and support among users. This anonymous survey was targeted at investigators and their research team supported from July 2021 to May 2022. A total of 97 individuals completed the survey and 80.4% (n=78) of respondents were Alliance users for this period.
The results show that the mean satisfaction score of overall Alliance Cores was 4.14 or more, which means that users were highly satisfied with the activities and services provided (Figure 1). 89.8% of Alliance users found their experience with resources and support “extremely helpful” or “very helpful” (Figure 2.) In addition, the mean score for willingness to seek future support and for recommending the Alliance resources and services to others was 4.7 respectively, which means that most users are “very willing” to use and recommend Alliance support (Figure 3).
