The new Online Request Form is a centralized system where faculty, researchers, and research teams can request access to our resources and services. This new tool will allow our investigators and coordinators to request assistance in the design phase of their project, budget preparation, study implementation, post-data collection activities, community engagement and outreach, and any other critical research services.
The Alliance Online Request Form is developed in REDCap platform and must be submitted for approval prior to using Alliance resources, and services.
