The skills context will be presented, asking the question, which will be the state of research education and society 40 years from now? The IDP intervention will include a seminar explaining the definitions and strategies involved in developing a framework to understand and responding, as accurately as possible, the questions presented in IDP, presented at http://myidp.sciencecareers.org. Upon completion of the IDP, automatically, the participants will receive a certificate, which can be used as a follow-up of their professional development.
