Generating Research Opportunities Working together Puerto Rico Network (GROW PR Network) was established in 2022 as the Puerto Rico Practice Based Research Network to increase opportunities for collaboration between primary care providers and the academia in research projects that directly benefit the patients and clinical practices in Puerto Rico.
Practice Based Research Networks have been established for over 30 years in the US, Canada, and other countries, with a history of contributing to the promotion of learning, developing, and participating in research that translates into practice improvement.
GROW PR Network is led by innovative healthcare providers and public health experts with over 10 years of experience in clinical research, community research, public health endeavors, and continuous quality improvement efforts with an interest in bridging the gaps between academia, clinical practice, and communities.
Our members and collaborators are part of primary care facilities, hospitals, academia, and community-based, nonprofit, and research organizations.
