The All of Us Scientific Program will recruit one million people from all parts of the United States. The Comprehensive Cancer Center Hospital in San Juan is accepting individuals interested in participating in All of Us!
This way, we hope to someday help accelerate medical research. Participants will share information about their health, habits, and living environment. By studying our differences, researchers can identify common information that could improve health for everyone.
Your participation involves completing surveys, and your physical measurements will be taken, along with a blood, saliva, or urine sample.
Benefits of participating:
By joining the program, you can obtain information about your health, such as your weight, blood pressure, and DNA results. You can also choose to receive your genetic results along with an explanation of what they mean. Your results could provide you with information about your risk of certain diseases or how your body responds to certain medications. The information from your DNA could help you and your healthcare providers make better health decisions based on your unique health information. After completing these steps, you will receive $25 in cash.
