About the Core

OVERVIEW

Supporting the Infrastructure Behind The Alliance

The Administrative Core (AC) provides the leadership, coordination, and operational infrastructure that supports the Alliance for Clinical and Translational Research (Alliance). Working across the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus (UPR-MSC), Universidad Central del Caribe (UCC), and Ponce Health Sciences University/Ponce Medical School Foundation (PHSU/PMSF), the AC promotes collaboration, facilitates access to research resources, and supports the effective implementation of Alliance programs and initiatives.

Through coordinated administration, financial oversight, communication, and evaluation, the AC strengthens the research capacity of partner institutions and their collaborators across Puerto Rico.
