The Alliance for Clinical and Translational Research in Puerto Rico (Alliance) is an island-wide research network dedicated to advancing clinical and translational science to improve health outcomes in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Mainland. Led by the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus in partnership with Ponce Health Sciences University and Universidad Central del Caribe, the Alliance brings together academic institutions, healthcare systems, community organizations, government agencies, and industry partners to address pressing health challenges through innovative, collaborative research. By providing researchers with access to funding opportunities, specialized resources, training programs, community-engaged research initiatives, and collaborative networks, the Alliance accelerates the translation of scientific discoveries into meaningful health and societal benefits for the communities it serves.
