Collaborative network (Submenu de about us) –

As part of the NIH Institutional Development Award (IDeA) Clinical and Translational Research Network (CTR-N) Program, the Alliance serves as Puerto Rico’s statewide clinical and translational research network, bringing together academic institutions, healthcare systems, community organizations, government agencies, industry partners, and national collaborators. The IDeA CTR-N program supports the development of research infrastructure, workforce capacity, and collaborative research networks that address health challenges prevalent in IDeA states and territories. Through strategic partnerships across Puerto Rico, the U.S. Mainland, and the national IDeA-CTR consortium, the Alliance expands clinical and translational research capacity, strengthens investigator development, facilitates multisite studies and clinical trials, and accelerates the translation of scientific discoveries into meaningful health and societal benefits for the communities it serves.
