Alliance members at NISBRE 2026
Puerto Rico was strongly represented at the National IDeA Symposium of Biomedical Research Excellence (NISBRE) 2026, with participation from Alliance Principal Investigators, leaders, administrators, and investigators from partner institutions, including UPR-Medical Sciences Campus (UPR-MSC), Ponce Health Sciences University (PHSU) and Universidad Central del Caribe (UCC). The event also provided an excellent opportunity for COBRE, INBRE, and IDeA CTR Principal Investigators to connect beyond their home institutions, exchange experiences, and strengthen collaborative relationships. Through scientific sessions, poster presentations, and networking opportunities, the Puerto Rico delegation highlighted its continued commitment to advancing research, mentorship, and institutional partnerships across the IDeA community.
